Kubernetes development
Kubernetes gives you self-healing deployments, effortless scaling and a platform that runs identically on any cloud. We build K8s platforms with the guardrails that make that power safe for product teams to use.
In short
Kubernetes, at a glance
- Failed containers restart and unhealthy nodes drain, so recovery happens without paging anyone.
- The same manifests run on EKS, AKS, GKE or bare metal, with no lock-in.
- Horizontal pod and cluster autoscaling track real demand, not guesses.
- Canary and blue-green rollouts with automatic rollback on bad signals.
Why Kubernetes
Kubernetes in production.
Kubernetes turned infrastructure into a declarative system: you describe the desired state, and the cluster continuously makes it true. It restarts failures, scales under load and rolls out changes safely.
The catch is operational complexity. We deliver paved-road platforms on EKS, AKS and GKE: GitOps pipelines, golden-path templates and observability, so product teams deploy in minutes without touching YAML internals.
Self-healing by default
Failed containers restart and unhealthy nodes drain, so recovery happens without paging anyone.
Cloud portability
The same manifests run on EKS, AKS, GKE or bare metal, with no lock-in.
Elastic scaling
Horizontal pod and cluster autoscaling track real demand, not guesses.
Progressive delivery
Canary and blue-green rollouts with automatic rollback on bad signals.
CNCF ecosystem
Service mesh, secrets, scaling and observability solved by graduated projects.
Industry standard
The de-facto runtime for containers, with skills, tools and answers everywhere.

The control plane
You declare the goal. The cluster keeps it true.
Self-healing, portable infrastructure: the operating system of the modern cloud, tamed.
How we engineer
with Kubernetes.

How we work
Senior engineers, accountable to outcomes. Every change typed, reviewed and tested.
01Kubernetes platform build
Production clusters with identity, networking and guardrails configured properly.
- EKS / AKS / GKE setup
- RBAC & workload identity
- Network policies
02GitOps & CI/CD
Declarative delivery where every change is a reviewed, revertable commit.
- Argo CD / Flux
- Preview environments
- Automated rollbacks
03Workload migration
Containerise services and migrate traffic with zero-downtime strategies.
- Dockerisation
- Traffic shifting
- Stateful workload care
04Observability & SRE
Metrics, traces, logs and SLOs that make incidents rare and short.
- Prometheus & Grafana
- OpenTelemetry tracing
- SLO-based alerting
05Cost & autoscaling
Right-sized clusters that scale with demand and shrink at night.
- Karpenter / cluster autoscaler
- Spot strategies
- Per-team cost visibility
06Security hardening
Supply-chain, runtime and policy security across the cluster.
- Image scanning & signing
- OPA / Kyverno policies
- Secrets management

A look at what we've shipped.

A real-time wealth platform built for scale
Re-architecting a legacy investment portal into a modular, real-time platform that holds up under heavy concurrent load.
View case studyA six-step cycle, repeated until it's right.
Transparent, predictable and collaborative. You always know what's shipping next and why.
Discovery
We map the business, users and constraints, then pressure-test the problem before a line of code.
Planning
Architecture, scope, and a sprint roadmap with clear milestones, budgets and success metrics.
Design
Research-led UX and high-fidelity interfaces, validated with prototypes before build.
Development
Senior-led engineering in two-week sprints with demoable increments and continuous review.
Testing & QA
Automated and manual testing, security review and performance hardening before release.
Launch & Care
Confident deployment, monitoring and SLA-backed support that keeps things humming.
Kubernetes questions, answered.
Still unsure if Kubernetes is right for your project? A senior engineer will tell you straight on a free call.
Honest answer: not always. Below a certain scale, managed containers (Cloud Run, Container Apps, ECS) are simpler. We'll tell you which side of that line you're on, then build the right one.
Raw Kubernetes is. A well-built platform isn't: product teams get golden-path templates and a deploy pipeline, while the platform layer absorbs the YAML. That separation is exactly what we build.
EKS, AKS or GKE; the choice usually follows your cloud. The manifests stay portable either way, which is much of Kubernetes' value: your platform isn't married to one vendor.
Every change to the cluster is a git commit: reviewed, audited and instantly revertable. Drift is detected and corrected automatically. Incidents become `git revert` instead of 2am console surgery.
Yes. We containerise services incrementally, run old and new side-by-side, and shift traffic progressively with instant rollback. Stateful services get special care with rehearsed migration runbooks.
